1.2       By accessing or using this website, you enter into a legally binding agreement with KTX and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

8.1       Trading and order-execution functions are subject to system availability, market conditions, exchange regulations, and your account eligibility. Displayed market data or indicative prices may differ from actual trading prices on the SET, TFEX, or other venues.

8.2      KTX does not guarantee continuous access, timely execution, or price accuracy and shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or loss resulting from such events.

8.3      You are solely responsible for understanding the parameters and risks of any order you place, particularly for algorithmic or conditional orders. KTX is not responsible for any losses incurred due to your misconfiguration of order types, parameters, or logic.
