Such indicative prices are generated from internal pricing models using prevailing market data, assumptions, and parameters (including exercise price, ratio, volatility, interest rate, dividends, and time to maturity), all of which are subject to change without notice.
The indicative price table excludes pre-opening, auction, pre-close, and off-market periods, and does not represent any commitment, obligation, or undertaking from KTX to trade, buy, or sell at the stated prices.
Actual DW trading prices on the SET may vary significantly due to market liquidity, volatility, investor demand, data latency, or other factors beyond KTX’s control. The information is provided for personal reference and informational use only, and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any DW or underlying security.

4. Market Maker Obligations:
The Market Maker’s obligation to provide liquidity (i.e., to quote a bid price) for DW18 is conditional and not continuous. Such obligations generally apply only during periods when both the SET and the relevant underlying exchange (for example, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for HSI-linked DWs) are simultaneously open for trading.
The Market Maker may cease providing a bid price at a designated time on the final trading day (e.g., 14:59 Bangkok time for HSI-linked DWs), all in accordance with the terms and conditions of each DW series.
